The Protection Policy Package includes ALL the forms, like Volunteer Application forms, Medical forms, forms for Ministry Leaders in working with their volunteers, Registration forms for any children’s programs, Permission forms, sample Attendance forms, etc. As well as the Protection Policy itself, which should be read by anyone wishing to volunteer at our church.
Copies of most of these things are also available in the foyer of the church.
